I and other members of Artists and Biologists Unite for Nature (ABUN) worked with John Cooper & ACAP (Agreement on the Conservation of Albatrosses and Petrels) in support of World Albatross Day.

Spectacled Petrel

ACAP not only works for the conservation of Albatrosses, but also for Petrels, and they have asked for our assistance again this year to help raise awareness for the conservation of 9 species of Petrels, ABUN project #35.

Greater Adjutant Stork

Purnima Devi Barman's conservation project for the Greater Adjutant Stork, in India, was ABUN project #28.

Cooper's Hawk (Accipiter cooperii)

ABUN project #27 was Save the Dells (Prescott, Arizona). The Granite Dells is home to many wildlife species, including Cooper's Hawks. My art for this project was a juvenile Cooper's Hawk.
